Really the best guide around! Especially for this industry! Dale and his wife Carolyn were so extremely kind and accommodating. As “The Surfers Wife” (aka “Guion’s Wife” -which is how I most commonly get introduced) on our tour in PR with Dale, I felt very welcome, he even had a chair for me and would tell me where I could go out in the water to swim & explore safely. This was our second year in PR with Dale. Both trips allowed us to have some amazing experiences that we would not have seen without his local knowledge and experience. This year we had a 6 year old with us. Dale’s demeanor kept her calm and safe while exploring caves and hiking in areas that would normally be out of her comfort zone. Thank you Dale for for a lifetime of memories for all of us. We will definitely see you again on our next trip.

One of the best trips I have ever been on!!! Dale is truly an amazing person that will show you the right spots and the spots not to go to. We went all over Puerto Rico surfing waves and exploring caves. If you need help on your trip then dale is the man to help you!!!! I felt so close to the community and culture of Puerto Rico with Dale teaching us and just having fun with us!!! This is 100x better than staying in a resort and going on tours with other guides. Thank thank you so much for everything and I can’t wait to see you again very soon!!!
Sorry this wasn’t written sooner but I didn’t want to admit that my vacation was over. But reality has hit, and the frost is on my car in the mornings. Your tour to the waterfall was the highlight of our trip. We have watched the video over and over. I believe that Cole gained his manhood that day! The whole tour was so laid back and relaxing, it felt like we knew you for ever. You have great energy and love for Pueto Rico. Thanks for sharing it with us, we will definately hit you up next time we are in town. By the way, alt-J is my new jam.
Thanks to Dale, I had one of the best trips of my life. A complete beginner at surfing, he had me riding the waves in 20 minutes. Once I got the hang of it, he gave me a few pointers that helped me gain more control of the board. I went back for a second lesson. I also just love the dude. Really. He’s a solid, salt-of-the earth type of guy, and my surf lessons were like therapy sessions. I highly recommend reaching out to Pigsurf if you’re in town.
